Ben Cliff

About Us

Ben has had a passion for construction from an early age, having been brought up around the family property development business. His career started working on site and he developed his knowledge and expertise in construction to focus on construction project management. Ben went on to gain a 2:1 BSc (Hons) degree in Construction Design and Management; followed by gaining Charted Construction Manager Status (MCIOB) with the Chartered Institute of Building. He also has the following project management and health and safety qualifications; NVQ Level 7 Diploma in Construction Senior Management; NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety; APMP Level D Certification in Project Management.

Ben has a wealth of experience within the construction industry, including five years working for a main contractor within the prestigious London residential property market. He has managed a vast range of projects both in scope and value, ranging from tens of thousands of pounds to multiple millions. In 2020, Ben launched BJC, wanting to take everything he’d learned working for others and develop his own construction project management brand. His attention to detail and high standards has meant that the company has quickly grown and he now has his own hand-picked team around him. Ben is passionate about sharing his broad expertise and knowledge, as well as the lessons he has learned, with all his current and future clients. Each project is tailored to that particular client’s needs and the BJC team will provide peace of mind and reassurance that each project will be completed to the highest standard.

Ben lives in Norwich and although most of the company’s projects are based in London or East Anglia, the team are happy to travel further afield for the right client.
